SERVICE USER INVOLVEMENT

User Involvement means that service users have opportunity to say what they feel is being done right and what is being done wrong in the services in Slough. This means that providers and tiers of management can work together to change things for the better, and services users can feel (individually or as a group) that their opinions are being valued and appreciated.

This group is not only a chance to share your experiences, thoughts and ideas with one another in a safe space but also to be able to see your ideas be taken forward, and ultimately changes being made to the services YOU access.
